Com Today we will make healthy Meal maker palau ( Soya chunks pulao ) It goes very well with mixed raita I hope you all will love this recipe Hit like and share the video Also press the bell icon next to the Subscribe button to get the notification of our latest videos Let's start today's recipe We need all these ingredients for making this dish Soya chunks ( Meal maker ) – 1 cup ( soak it for 10-15 minutes in hot water ) Pulao Rice / Pulav Rice – 1 cup or 250 gm ( or you can use any long grain rice ) Finely chopped Onion – 1 ( Big ) Crushed Ginger – 1 inch Chopped green chilli – 1 Chopped Coriander leaves Fresh / Frozen green peas – 1/2 cup Bay leaf – 1 Dry red chilli – 2 Black Cardamom – 2 Cloves – 2 Black pepper corn – (4-6 ) Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder Turmeric powder Coriander powder Garam masala Salt Clarified Butter ( Ghee ) ** Best for any Pulao ( instead of it you can use Oil ) Wash the rice And squeeze the soaked soya chunks very nicely ** Water should not be there inside ** Now add 2 – 3 tbsp ghee in the hot vessel ( or add the combination of oil + ghee or only Oil ) Add all the whole spices in it Bay leaf Dry red chilli Black pepper corn Cloves Cumin seeds Break the black cardamom and then put in the hot ghee Saute them on low flame It has become golden brown now Then add chopped onion and saute it Fry the onions until translucent or light pink Then put ginger and green chilli Add the fresh green peas at this stage if you are using The raw smell of ginger has gone now Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala Mix it a while Now add the meal maker and rice in it Mix and fry the rice for 2 minutes Add the required water in it I have added 1 glass of water or level of the water should be 1 inch up of the rice ** You can add the Hot water later if required ** Then put salt as per taste and mix it Cover and cook it on low-medium flame for sometime Mix it once after 7-8 minutes Now reduce the flame to low Add coriander leaves and frozen green peas You can also add chopped carrot or red capsicum Cover and cook it again on low flame It looks dry and cooked nicely It took 20 minutes to cook the rice Turn off the gas flame And take it out into a serving bowl Our super tasty and healthy " Mela maker palau or Soya chunks Pulao " is ready to serve now Enjoy it with mixed Raita You can check the link of Raita recipe given in the description box below So try this recipe at home And share with us your experience in the comment section below Thank you See you soon in my next video You could subscribe my channel by clicking on this face icon.
