All right, lets now get started with the salad.
Here is the list of ingredients necessary for the veggie boost salad.
2 Tomatoes, 1 Zucchini, Lettuce or any green leafy vegetableCabbage (I have used Chinese cabbage here),LemonOlive Oil, Salt & Pepper.
Let's now start with cutting these vegetables.
Lets start with tomatoes.
Tomatoes are rich in Vitamin A & C And is also rich in calcium, phosphorus, iron & vitamin b Lets now cut zucchini, zucchini is good for your eyes It aids in digestion & also keeps bloodsugar level in control.
Lets now cut lettuce.
You can substitute this with any other green leafy vegetable.
Green leafy vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals & fibers.
Eating green leafy vegetables will leave you with a glowing skin and dense hair.
Cabbage Is rich in vitamin A Eating cabbage is again very good for your eyes.
It helps combat, skin disease, hairfall, body heat & infectious diseases Alright now lets mix all of the cut vegetables together.
Tomato, Zucchini, Lettuce, Cabbage Next, let's look at the salad dressing.
For the salad dressing add Lemon juice, Olive oil Salt Pepper, and mix it well.
Lets now put the dressing on top of the salad.
Once this is mixed well, our salad is ready.
